Businesses that require a certain permit include Amusement Centers, Carnivals, Kennels, Off-Sale Liquor, One-Sale Beer, Pawnbrokers, Tobacco and Non-Profit gambling organization. Applications are processed within 30 days and are subject to review and approval by the City Council.
